How to Create an External Sitecore Account
The procedure below explains how to create an external Sitecore account.
This account is needed to access your Content Hub Training Portal.
If you already have an external account(Sitecore profile), please directly go to Step 2: Enable your Sitecore profile for content Hub
** Password Reset : You can reset the external Sitecore account's password here if you no longer remember it.
Step 1: Create a Sitecore Profile
Please browse to https://learning.sitecore.com/registration, fill in the form and submit.
- Once done, check your email inbox and click on Activate Okta Account.
Important note : At this stage, in case it would not work and you would get an error message, be aware that an automatic notification would be sent to our Sitecore support team. This problem would be solved within 1 to 2 days. To speed up that support process, please let us know about that error by email @ firstname.lastname@example.org
- Enter a password and click on a picture.
- You should now see the below window
Important note : For your information, we are not yet using the Sitecore Learning platform to store and share our Content Hub Training Videos. Therefore, you will not find any of our Content Hub videos there and it is not needed to access any of these sites. We are only using this Learning website to create your Sitecore Account. Thank you.
Step 2: Enable your Sitecore Profile for Content Hub
In step 1, you successfully created your Sitecore profile (external OKTA account) and set your password.
Now you need to enable your external OKTA account in order to access your Sitecore Content Hub training sandbox.
